Oleg S. Poplavsky
He was born in Shuya, Ivanovo region, in June 25, 1967. In 1984 he graduated from Moscow Suvorov Military Academy. In 1988 he passed the Alma-Ata General Military Service Academy.
He served in the armed forces performing different command duties.
In 1993 he left the armed forces. He is à reserve major now.
Since 1993 Oleg Poplavsky has been working in the company «PIK». He began working as a director of the «Center-Deposit-Reserve» Branch, and has FCSM qualification certificate to work with security papers (category 1.0). At present he is the 1st Deputy General Director in «Green-PIK» and Director of the «Kovrov Meat-Packing Plant – PIK».
